Poor Anne was sicker than a dog on her 16th birthday! Although all she wanted to do was hibernate under her covers....we made her listen to us sing Happy Birthday and eat cake. Max said it was the worse birthday party he has ever been to.

This blog is my attempt to document our adventures as a blended family....
We became a family on May 30th 2008 when we finally all moved in together. After six years of many feable attempts to spoil and buy each others children, we decided to just take our chances! The transition was suprisingly effortless, even delightful, but when a trio of eccentric, stubborn, and spirited children (ages 18, 15, and 7) blend under the care and supervision of the fun and fabulous frank and.....myself....it's not just a family, it's an adventure!
