Annual Strawberry Picking

The reddest, rippest strawberries are always found during the second week of June. I try to always get out there on opening day....and I always make Max go with me. This year we went with Aunt Melanie, Macy, and Caden who ate more than they picked! It was a perfectly gorgeous day and we got TONS of strawberries!

Realizing that we picked way more than we could ever eat.......Max and I made Strawberry Jam....it turned out DELICIOUS!!!....Way better than anything you could buy at the store....NO chunks and super sweet! We are already on our second jar and have given the others away to grandparents!
